  1. These are great videos - I really enjoyed tehe video on Nancy Reagan and her "Just Say No" campaign. Every child that I know went through a "Just Say No" program through school and it is great to see Mrs. Reagan take her campaign to the MLB and throw out the first pitch:)

  2. "Keys are a Weapon"...You have got to be kidding me. Drunk driving is a serious issue but to link it to using a gun for mass murder is a little ridiculous. Dear Nancy Reagan, you lose all touch with the audience when they can tell you are reading from a teleprompter. How about looking right at the people at home so your message hits people. And honestly, a first pitch, she threw it like 2 feet. She could have dropped the ball in Mike Scioscia's glove. Come on Nancy you can do better than that!

  3. These videos really show how moral entrepreneurs work. Nancy Reagan's campaign was based of no information that there was a rising drug problem among adolescents. But still it aired everywhere for so long. As with Angie, everyone that I know went through the Just Say No program. That shows that the media really infiltrated into the public's beliefs.

The keys are a weapon commercial was a bit over the top. Although drunk driving can result in the same thing as shooting someone it is not the same at all. The cognitive process of both are worlds apart. They clearly only linked the two for dramatic effect.
